Storyline 2 does publish to HTML5 for Chrome and Safari and Desktop, Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android for other browsers you will have to continue to use the Flash output. If you want better support for HTML5 both 360 and Storyline 3 support more browsers with much better HTML5 output.
