I purchased a mini to TOSLINK optical cable to connect my GT70 0NC to my Logitech Z-5500 5.1 speaker system and I was wondering if the ALC892 supports Dolby Digital Live. I'm able to get DTS and Dolby Digital to work just fine, but I don't see an option to change the default format of the digital output in the Realtek HD Audio Manager to Dolby Digital Live.

As well as Dolby Digital Live, you can choose DTS Connect, both work as expected. The ultimate test is to start a games and notice the individual usage So now you have the audio well configured, these changes are seen and used on the AlienUI Console mode too, now Alpha is ready for some living room experience for real this time!!!

Apr 06, 2017 · The Realtek High Definition Audio driver doesn't accept Dolby Digital Live and DTS Surround anymore. Reinstalling the driver doesn't solve the problem. Downgraded Windows 10 because I need the Dolby Digital 5.1. Post here when it works with the Creators Update, please.
