The router's official firmware does not support SNMP. A 3rd party firmware may get this going on your E3000. Keep in mind though that installing a 3rd party software will render the hardware warranty void.

If you're using FiOS TV, then I don't think there is an offering which supports SNMP on the router itself. However, if you're in an Internet only environment, then you could ask Verizon to provision your ONT service on Ethernet instead of Coax and then use any NAT router of your choosing which supports an ethernet connection on the WAN interface.
