Hi . The laptop has been installed with clean installation of Windows 10. Therefore, there is no recovery point. When disabling the "Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0 (Microsoft)" the "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed" disappears but placing USB, the USB is not found.
