Open Device Manager, expand the processor section and please post the exact model of your processor On a Dell Virtualization can be turned off in BIOS, so if you are having an issue with virtualization , you might like to check there also . . .

Do you have an additional BIOS options for something like VT-d, or VIrtualization Technology for Direct I/O? Are you sure you don’t have even a few components of Hyper-V installed, i.e. have you checked the “Add/remove Windows features” list?

Hi all, I have a Dell Latitude E7440 with win 10 and it seems I'm not able to enable the vt-X option requested by virtual box. I checked the bios and all virtualization options are enabled. with an intel tools it seems the processor doesn't support the virtualization, which sounds strange, infact people from intel confirmed that the processor does support it.
