OK, so I called the Dell support, completely waste of time, always put me on hold. Some technical support people have very heavy accent and I could barely understand what they said. Then they did a remote check up for me and said the hardware is fine, and said it should be a software problem.

Dell's "Customer Service" is absolutely appalling so you really should avoid them completely. A product which has a high potential to develop a fault should have an excellent customer service team behind it. Shamefully Dell has decided this isn't important and has outsourced it's support team and now provide extremely poor levels of support.
