Nov 07, 2013 · It's fairly new. Is there something the dell site does with its downloads that nobody else does, that might be ticking off something on a firewall or av? I honestly don't have a download issue with any other file from any other site. We have plenty of headroom on our primary isp so it doesn't look like an issue with bandwidth.

Oct 27, 2018 · Hi I bought a Dell Laptop in June 2017 [Windows 10]. It seemed to be a bit slow during the initial few weeks, but then it is even slower now. My laptop's specs are: 8 GB RAM, a 1 TB Hard Disk Drive, 4 GB AMD Radeon Graphics Card, Intel i5 7th Gen Processor.

We have tried pinging Dell website using our server and the website returned the above results. If dell.com is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting.
