Nov 11, 2009 · Yeah, its the only way you are going to get 7x24 support, so it is kind of necessary for servers, but not for desktops or laptops IMO. I don't go with the Mission Critical option even on my critical servers though. I go with 4 hour 7x24 Non mission critical Pro Support. I could never get a clear answer on exactly what Mission Critical gives you.
