My Customer setup a Service Request on 10/4/2012 for this system (the system was purchased in March) and they dispatched a Tech and Parts (Motherboard and Video Card) and now it is a week later and they have yet had a tech come on site for this repair.

I don't recall paying for premium support but somehow I seem to have it. When I called them up I got transferred to premium support and emails exchanged with dell reps say premium support at the bottom. I'm in the UK if that changes anything and I'm within my 14 day cool off period. Having said that, premium support was top notch.
