Sep 26, 2019 · Dell Support showed up with parts on Monday, September 23rd. Next Business Day support must apparently mean Next Business Week to Dell. And that's with engaging a Resolution Manager to get things escalated and expedited (at least that's my interpretation of what a resolution manager should be doing). OUTSTANDING JOB DELL!!
