Purchased a dell monitor and 3 months out of warranty it quits. It won't work at all. I called customer support and I talked to 6 people, they kept transferring me to some other department. Dell's "Customer Service" is absolutely appalling so you really should avoid them completely. A product which has a high potential to develop a fault should have an excellent customer service team behind it. Shamefully Dell has decided this isn't important and has outsourced it's support team and now provide extremely poor levels of support.
