In the bios you need to enable the VT technology to be able to make x64 virtual machines. Here <ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell> is some information about the bios options. As the page shows, VT technology is disabled by default.

I have two Dell PowerEdge 2950 I want to use for the vm servers. I plan to use I.P. fail over between the two dell powerdege 2950s. The servers I want to virtualize are MS Exchange (one virtualize server per role).
