Sep 22, 2005 · Why does vmware not support the debian distribution? This is a fairly important distribution, and I know that vmware works fine under debian 3.1 with up to the 2.4 series kernels at least. I am about to upgrade a couple of machines to 2.6 kernels and was flabbergasted to discover that debian was not listed as a supported distro.
