A DataCore Technical Support incident number is required in order to create a support bundle. The incident number identifies the support bundle when it is received. If you do not already have an incident number, open an incident via the Support portal before creating a support bundle.

Jun 20, 2017 · It is a standard procedure to generate a support bundle after any changes on your DataCore SANSymphony-Cluster. Usually you’d click the Cluster Object in the Datacore-Console and select “upload support bundle”. You just enter the customer’s name, an incident ID and select your choice of Mini-, Standard- or Full-Bundle.
