Sep 25, 2009 · My local camera dealer already has the new 60MB/s compact flash cards. Does anyone know if the D300 would benefit from such a card vs the current EXTREME IV with 45MB/s. The question is whether the D300 can support the newer UDMA standard. The card can certainly support older UDMA standards. Regards,

Aug 01, 2013 · Erik, are you sure the D300 is limited in this respect? I haven't used a 800x card, only have the experience that between a Sandisk Extreme III and Extreme IV, the difference in writing speed is noticeable. The D300 does support UDMA cards, and all of these new fast cards are still according to that standard.
