In fact I registered just because I wanted to ask something in this particular topic I am currently trying to run a Pentium D 3.4Ghz cpu on a D2151 i945 motherboard. I put the CPU in and I started the fsc esprimo p5905 and everything seemed normal. Then I hear 2 beeps get an ERROR! message saying : 2 Logical cpu(s) installed

Nov 30, 2010 · Sorry for all the comments but Ignore this new A2 version , its a different revision of the motherboard! What i can do though if i ever get it open is to take the microcode from A2 and put it in A1 .

So not really giving it much thought I got the cheapest stuff I could find: a Fujitsu D2151-A1 mobo with a Celeron D CPU. As it turned out the Celeron was in fact Prescott based so I was looking at 56C idle temps despite 1 large fan strapped onto the heat-pipe CPU cooler right next to the large PSU fan.

Feb 10, 2014 · I have just done a clean install of W7 Ultimate 64 bit on 2 different Desktops. One is a Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo 5905P the other originally an HP Pavillion which now has an Asrock Mobo. I have reinstalled all my programs--no problems there. I use MS Works 8 Word Processor. This worked fine on both DT's under XP.
