I have recently switched to a DSL-G604T (with a view to go 802.11g) from my trusted (wired) Billion 741GE. Internet, wireless connectivity seems fine. However, I am unable to Remote Desktop over VPN. If I swap my Billion in, RDP over VPN works instantly. I contacted D-Link support who asked me to try changing the MTU from the default 1400.
