Cycling Support Services Ltd (or CSS Events) is a small not for profit organisation dedicated to supporting charities raise valuable funds by helping to organise charity bike rides. CSS Events is based in the south east and while most of our rides start in and around London, we operate anywhere in the UK and have worked abroad before as well.

During an event, we manage the real time control of support services through a dedicated helpline number given to all riders. We ensure that problems are prioritised and dealt with, redirecting riders back onto the route or where necessary, helping them back onto the road (after a puncture, say) or picking them up if they or their bike are unable to continue.
