Jan 02, 2020 · Amazon Prime Video offerings that have 5.1 in the audio description do not play audio through the speakers (obviously, since they are not the 5.1 channels). Cannot find an option to change the audio settings within Amazon Prime Video or any settings with the TV/stereo that will work. Shows without the 5.1 distinction - no audio issues.
