The Cisco Unified Border Element supports SIP To SIP calls with TLS. CUBE can be configured at both the global and dial-peer levels for allowing TLS to establish secure sessions between two CUBE. Depend on your IOS version also you will only have RTP to SRTP internetworking or SRTP to SRTP internetworking. As I concerned, my IOS 15.5 (ISR.G2 3945(E) permit me to configure RTP to SRTP internetworking (only) with SIPs control between two CME. Then, perhaps you aren't allowed to configure SRTP to SRTP internetworking due to your IOS .
