So, I've seen people with similar (but not identical) problems, tried all suggested solutions I've seen, but nothing helped. Watchning YT videos with the same gpu during Crysis 3 gameplay I noticed that the fps are usually at least by 10 (sometimes even 20) higher than what I get in exactly the same moments and at higher resolutions (in the videos), which puzzles me even more.
