There is no "lock-on button". The TAC cannon only works against certain parts of the enemy big thing. Ms. Rosenthal will let you know what and when to shoot. You just hold your aim on the proper part at the proper time, and the weapon will lock on all by itself, but it takes a few seconds.

I will never be able to finish this game because of some stupid glitch that prevents the tac gun from locking. I know it's the right part for the TAC cuz Rosenthal won't shut up about locking one and use the tac gun. Good job making a cool game until it glitches to hell and makes the final boss unkillable. Screw you Crytek and EA.
