I contacted Cradlepoint support because initially I could not access my cameras externally. From within the network all worked fine. I also was having a problem of half speed using the cradlepoint MBR1000 and a verizon USB760. After a session with tech support, we discovered that in low signal conditions, the router caused electrical interfearance with the modem. The solution is put the USB modem on a USB extension cable and get it at least 2 feet away from the router.
