Jan 12, 2017 · When I do an import to Lightroom from my Canon 70d the RAW files are not transferred. They are saved in the camera as JPEG/RAW but Lightroom only imports the JPEGs and he CR2 files are left on the camera. Lightroom version is 2015.8 and Camera Raw is 9.8.

Oct 24, 2014 · I notice that it has also imported some old CR2 files that were on the ipad but it has not imported and will not import recent CR2 files or the attached jpegs. On preparing to download again i notice that the Cr2 images that were successfully downloaded from ipad appear as thumbnails but the ones that did not download appear just as a CR2 logo.

Because you say 20M and the raw files don't work in LR 4, I am going to guess you have a 20 megapixel 7D Mark II that needs LR 5.7 or newer, rather than an 18MP 7D from 2009 that only needs LR 2…
