Jul 29, 2015 · My CPU does not support PAE, NX and SSE2, so I cannot upgrade Windows 8 x64 to Windows 8.1 - but the 32bit version could be installed.Does the same apply to Windows 10? If so, is there any way to get the Get Windows 10 App other than removing the x64 version of Windows 8 and installing the x86 version, and upgrading it to Windows 8.1?
