If this does not work for both splitters, then I’m afraid you have HDMI splitters that do not support HDCP stripping. I found that newer splitters do not strip HDCP, the same goes for HDMI splitters that support HDMI 1.4 and newer. Not sure if this is helpful, I hope it does.
