Hi Rajesh, I suppose you're on a Windows system. Try doing the following: 1. Go to Task Manager. 2. Kill all "rvd.exe" processes. 3. Try starting rvd.exe process.

Testing, it works on macOS 10.12.6 but does not work on Windows 10. I suspect it's impacted by the Web Display used by the browser technology.
