Nov 17, 2018 · In 2017 I took him back to court because he refuse to relinguish property and or monies ordered to pay. His final court appearance in November he was ordered to pay monies and produce property by 3 Jan 2018. He failed to do this an a warrant was issued for his arrest for contempt of court. However, I am now here in SC where we both resides.
