Jul 04, 2009 · confinement cost is a fancy term for birthing costs. i have to pay 100% of what it cost for my children to be born.( which should be illegal. It takes two to make a baby, how can the state charge 100% of any child cost to just one parent. Especially when they are not the ones giving birth.?) Just shows how great our system is.
