Aug 02, 2013 · I just updated the bios on my chv-f-z from 225 to 1402, the newest. when I boot, I post to a screen that says I have to go configure csm. it will not see my ssd as a boot device. all advice please. Thanks to Rgone at overclocers.com this is fixed. I had plugged my boot drive sata cable into an asmedia sata port, the two sata ports at the bottom of the stack of sata ports.

But i see people using asus mobos, booting around 10-20seconds. They have CSM (compatibility support module) disabled in their advanced boot menu in their bios. I can't seem to find CSM anywhere in MSI bios. and tried to disable all boot priorities except my boot ssd drive.
