More recently, Cathy took on the role of Inclusion Support Facilitator as part of the IPSP and in July 2016 she joined Community Child Care as an Inclusion Professional as part of the Australian Government's Inclusion Support Programme. Cathy believes in strong advocacy for the rights of all children and enjoys working collaboratively with others.

Professional Support Coordinators are contracted by the Australian Government to provide professional development, support and resources for child care services across Australia.
