Living in Arizona in a rural area Speedconnect (priorly Commspeed) was my only choice for internet until recently. The service was always mediocre but the tech support was good until Speedconnect bought out Commspeed. These are my complaints 1. Speedconnect never ever...1.2/5

Commspeed technical support claimed the problem was on my end for awhile, so I power cycled my modem and router countless times, moved the router, my Playstation, Wii and DVD player higher, lower, here, there and everywhere in an effort to catch the "optimal" signal. Seven months with Commspeed, service disconnections routinely- sometimes for 24+ hours- with very long waits on their tech support line, which often produced absolutely no resolution!

Commspeed's Tech support is friendly, responsive, and usually effective-- and usually reachable by a single phone call, but they're sometimes slow to return calls.

I have had no problems with their tech support. I used the 512/128 package, which is priced at $39.99 per month. Commspeed supplies the modem, power injector and transceiver antenna, Included.
