Oct 12, 2019 · A customer of ours has a Comcast PRI via a Arris CM820 (basic cable modem) which hands off to their Adtran 908e. I do not know the Gen. /firmware information as, we do not have access (we tried)to the unit. The Adtran (T1/03) plugs into a PRI blade on their Panasonic PBX (Panasonic is being replaced, hence why I am here).

It needs to be said, that in no way is Comcast striving to provide a business class service. They claim a 99.9% uptime, but make no promise on latency or packet loss. I have 2 PRI's (Thats 46 phones liness) and the quality of service has been complete trash.

Jun 28, 2013 · Comcast is delivering a PRI via Adtran TA908e. Everything is working fine except there is no ringback tone when we forward a PBX extension to a Sprint cell phone number. The Sprint cell phone rings but the caller doesn't hear anything until the call routes to the cell phone's voicemail. We can successfully forward calls to any other carrier.
