Feb 12, 2017 · Just moved into a condominium where the cable tv service is paid by the HOA to Comcast in a "bulk account".When setting up the initial service on 1/23/1017 over the phone, the Comcast rep said that he couldn't retrieve the bulk account code but could set up the account and that Comcast would " fix it on the back end".

Oct 11, 2011 · My Florida HOA has also a bulk contract with Comcast. It breaks down to $37.50 per home for the basic service and if you try to get that low of an individual price, you will find that this price will be almost double. They do give a great bulk price but homes not wishing for the service are still paying for it thru their dues.
