+1 add me to the list. 1 year after install, rH now undetected. Worked fine. Now heat won't call. But if I manually turn on the fan, it works.

Jan 01, 2018 · The first call to tech support had me disconnect the blue wire to C. The heater worked (as it normally does if furnace breaker toggled). It then failed with an E74 again.
