My sleep dr. recommends a drug called xyrem. She said that it is to help you get better sleep at night and will reduce daytime sleepiness. Also, this summer she told me it's also going to be released to help w/ fibromyalgia. I see her on Monday so I haven't had the meds yet. They're very expensive - about $1500 a month, but the first month is free.
