Aug 24, 2010 · Does this mean 64-bit COM will work in 64-bit CF? Does this mean wrappers around these 32-bit COM objects won't work? Under what circumstances will <cfobject type="COM"> work in 64-bit applications and why doesn't your coldfusion 9 developer's guide have any mention or elaboration on this for developers who actually READ your documentation?

Windows Server 2008 R2 64 BIT. IIS 7.5. ColdFusion 9 32 bit version. However, setting up a new production server with ColdFusion 10 32 bit (assuming I need to stay in 32 bit framework to call COM objects) - my site cannot activate the COM object. We have 4 COM objects that are used in the site, and none of them work.
