Nov 13, 2012 · Cluster Disk 0 does not support Persistent Reservation. Cluster Disk 1 does not support Persistent Reservation. The odd thing is that if I ignore the report and create the cluster everything appears to work fine. I can create VM resources and move them between nodes.

If you add the LUN that is failing validation to the "available storage" cluster group, or to an empty group, does it come online and can it be moved between the nodes?
