Apr 23, 2016 · I'm getting 3 downlights installed in the upstairs landing. The down lights are Robus RFP-201 and will have LED bulbs in. I have had 4 quotes from 4 different electricians and all have said I don't need loft caps to separate insulation as I'm using mains lights with LED bulbs.
