Hi, No it is not possible and I don't think it should be. Think about a medium environment of 3000 phones and you need to poll each one for SNMP every 3 mins.

IP Phones do not support SNMP. You can get collect some phone info via SNMP from the CCMs, using CISCO-CCM-MIB. But for Serial you have to use only HTTP.

Nov 08, 2013 · We have a bunch of Cisco IP Phones, 7965G and I want to know if they can be set up with SNMP. I cannot find any information about it on Ciscos support and the phones do not seem to have a menu option for it.

Jan 09, 2020 · We have requirement here that we want to discovery IP Phones, even though IP Phones are not directly supported in ADDM, we can write SNMP Recognition rule and get it discovered. here most of the IP Phones here are CISCO IP Phones managed by Call Manager. they say they use TAPI for managing it.
