The Desk Arm holds up Wacom’s heavy displays quite nicely, thanks to its two screw fasteners and the very large clamp to screw onto the back of your desk. It has a ridged design to be able to hold up even the Cintiq Pro 32 securely. You might have to tighten its lift strength, but you can rest assured, your Cintiq will float wherever you put it.

Ergotron Arm Support. While the default stands that comes with the various Cintiq models are nice & all. They don’t provide the most flexibility as an Ergotron arm can. For one, while the Cintiq 22HD’s stand allows you to rotate it, you can’t do that with the other Cintiqs stands.

The arm itself may be a little short to sit the cintiq in your lap depending on where you clamp it down, you may have to clamp it on the side of the desk nearer or drill a hole in your desk itself. I have it clamped on the back of the desk and with the arm fully extended, the tablet sits right in front of me; protruding roughly 2-3cm from the desk.
