Apr 14, 2007 · However, I loaded Vista English plus the Chinese Simplified Language Pack within Virtual PC, and my app displays totally garbled translations. Does Vista no longer support MBCS / GBK for Chinese? Does it only support Unicode? I would really hate to have a separate build just for Vista.
