First: I don't think you must fill out these forms online. In fact I think it would be better if you downloaded the form to your local disk, and fill / print them from there. Second, I do not understand how your font pack download could possibly open Adobe Reader.

Dec 26, 2008 · The problem is reading Chinese language in other applications. There's no problem displaying chinese in IE, but when I install some Chinese applications, it shows weird characters. I tried to find LIPs, but there's no Chinese for Vista, and Vista Business doesn't support MUIs.
