Dec 28, 2013 · Hi, I have just purchased Windows 7 Home Edition (English version) and installed on my PC. When I want to install the Chinese Language pack so that I can at least input and install Chinese programs as my old XP/Vista machines; I notice that "Install/Uninstall Language" option is not available.

Mar 10, 2012 · I'm running windows 8 and realized I've the same problems when trying to change a file name to Chinese character. I can see the character as I type it but when finished the files show up as small empty boxes。 Also Explorere 10 also showing chinese characters as small boxes.

I does not have problem showing Chinese characters to label box or storing Chinese characters to string variable. I Have only the problem while Chinese character set to recordset. In each page i have recordset corresponds to the fields in that page and their size will be same as data base table field size.
