Feb 06, 2010 · of course he wants to give you 50.00 per week. when i paid support it was 20% for 1 child and was 28% for 2 children. state did not care about any of my bills at all in determining this. it was a chart,this much gross, this many kids this is what you pay. 20% of 40.000=8,000.00 yr or 666.00 per month. 28% of 40,000= 11,200 yr or 933.00 per month.
