    Dec 09, 2009 · My divorce decree provides for child support until the age of majority, 19. My ex is apparently under the impression that since our daughter no longer is living with me, he is not obligated to continue paying (she will turn 19 in November). I intend to file a Bayliss motion for post majority support, but have not done so yet.
