Dec 18, 2019 · Anything 80 percent carbs can't be a good idea - but the seeds are useful in a normal (what I think of as normal) diet, which everyone ought to have. As for benefits for someone with diabetes - can't think of any, though you should be able to make low carb crackers with them if you hanker for them with cheese at Christmas.
