The chat room is open 24/7. The chat you are referring to is the Caregiver session, but the room is open all of the time, and both survivors and caregivers are welcome to be there at any time. Typically, there is a group that shows up in the morning, then another small bunch around lunchtime, and then after say 5PM, 6PM EDT. Hope this helps ...
