I had quadruple bypass surgery in 2002 and my leg still swells but not as much as yours. My GP and my cardiologist have told me it will probably always be like that. Sometimes my leg hurts. I belong to a fitness center and go 3 times a week. We walk, hike, and are generally considered active adults.
