Aug 05, 2009 · Probleem Canon Ip4500 bi-directional support solved: Uninstal and re-instal in this order. Download printerdriver ip4500svst211ea24.exe at Canon website. Do not use the install cd! Disconnect printer. Remove Canono IP4500 in Configuation/Printers. De-install all Canon IP4500 drivers and programs using Configuration/Programs.
